You have two choices!

THE DIAMOND EXPERIENCE  - $3000.00+HST

Our full package inclusive of The Discovery Process, The Recruitment Advantage, The Compliance Navigator, The Caregiver Success System, and our Diamond satisfaction guarantee.

THE DIAMOND EXPERIENCE PLUS - $4500.00+HST

We have a unique partnership with Kids and Co and Tax4Nanny that offers you an opportunity to combine services at a very special package rate only available through the Diamond Experience Plus.

• 15 Emergency Back-up childcare days/yr at any Kids & Co. Center can be used for nanny sick days or vacation days
• High quality, immediate, guaranteed childcare spot for your child in any Kids  & Co. Center while you wait for your nanny to arrive
• Exclusive Diamond Personnel Package from Tax4nanny a comprehensive solution to your payroll, remittances, T4, ROE and more!

Our full fee is due upon signing of the referral agreement. All fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of employment.

Diamond provides a four month replacement guarantee on our local placements.

Diamond provides a one year guarantee on our overseas placements

 HOUSE MANAGERS, HOUSE COUPLES, CHEFS Chauffeurs:

• Placement fees are 15% of the annual wage/compensation package and due upon signing of the referral agreement. 
• Diamond provides a four month replacement guarantee on live out placements.
•  All fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of employment.

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS

One Month        $1000.00 + HST

2-3 Months        $2000.00 + HST

Over 3 Months is considered a permanent placement at the fee of $3,000.00

Temporary placements are guaranteed for the duration of the agreement

 LMO PREPARATION ONLY

$2,000 + HST

Where the Employer has retained the Agency to assist the Employer in the preparation of the Service Canada (HRSDC) application for Labour Market Opinion necessary to hire her own candidate. No sourcing, screening, training of candidate has been conducted.

 LMO PREPARATION & WORK PERMIT PREPARATION

$3,000 + HST

Where the Employer has retained the Agency to assist the Employer in the preparation of the Service Canada (HRSDC) application for Labour Market Opinion and the Citizenship and Immigration Canada work permit application necessary to hire her own candidate.
