Audrey Guth

Audrey Guth is the Founder and Director of Diamond Personnel Inc.Originally from the United States, she has been in Canada since 1985. In her quest to find the perfect nanny for her family, she found a huge gap in the credibility of the nanny placement industry. Out of necessity, she created a company that has set the benchmark for careful screening of applicants, customer service and integrity.  As the labour market tightened Audrey recognized the need for an ethical solution to Canada’s labour shortage. She created Diamond Global Recruitment Group to help Canadian businesses recruit, retain and revitalize their workforce.  Soon after Diamond Immigration Services was founded to support our temporary workers in their quest for permanent residence status.  Her newest venture is the Nanny Angel Network, a not for profit organization that provides free childcare to mothers undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Mrs. Guth has a Masters Degree in Medical Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and a B.Sc. in Dietetics and Nutrition.

 

Shauna Guth

Shauna Guth has been living and breathing Diamond Personnel her entire life. Daughter to the company’s director, Shauna is very passionate about Diamond and is highly involved in the company's growth. After completing an honors B.A. in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Criminology at the University of Toronto, Shauna joined the Diamond group of companies. Shauna is currently the Director of Placements and Operations for Diamond Personnel and the second generation of the Diamond family business. Her team is made up of a group of talented and unique individuals who, under Shauna’s leadership will carry the business into its 3rd decade. Shauna brings passion, drive and ambition to Diamond. Shauna’s favourite aspect of her job is helping both families and caregivers find their perfect match and guiding them on their path to a brighter future. Mayela Romero

Mayela Romero has been in the recruitment field for nearly a decade and has worked both within the agency and corporate setting. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and French and has always had a great interest in the immigration field. In addition, she completed her Broadcasting and Journalism certificate at Seneca College, York Campus and uses her interviewing techniques on a daily basis when screening caregivers. She enjoys traveling and has been to France, Israel, Costa Rica, and Mexico to name a few. Her ability to communicate in Spanish, French and English along with her strong customer service skills and dedication have made her an asset to the Diamond Personnel team. Emylou Sales

Our Adminstrative genius is originally from Iligan City, Philippines. Emylou Sales graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Cagayan De Oro College. Emylou came to Canada in August of 2005 as a Live-in Caregiver. While working as a Live-in Caregiver, she pursued part-time studies to eventually obtain a certificate in Office Administration. Emylou takes pride in everything she does; her energy and sense of humour definitely create a positive atmosphere here at Diamond Personnel. Alexander Talla

Obtaining extensive experience in the practice of accounting in the Philippines as a Certified Public Accountant, Alex's drive to further advance his skills & expertise led him to Canada to complete his CMA. Alex is currently in his final year of the CMA Strategic Leadership Program. As the Chief Accountant for the Diamond Group of Companies, Alex utilizes his advanced financial knowledge and meticulous attention to detail to ensure optimum commercial viability of the business. Showing dedication and commitment in his pursuit of excellence, Alex has become an invaluable asset to the Diamond Team. Maral Nemati

Maral graduated from Sheridan College specializing in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management. She decided to continue her education after Sheridan College and successfully graduated from a Post Graduate Program at Humber College with a focus on Human Resources Management. Her work experience is in Recruitment Coordination and Recruiting. She is bilingual and speaks both Farsi and English. She loves to travel and has been to Turkey, Sweden, Bruxelles and Cuba to name a few. Prior to joining the Diamond team, she has over 4 years of experience as a retail manager and a customer service expert. Her dedication and her drive have made her an asset to the Diamond Team. Mary Buenviaje
