Our Fees

The Diamond Discovery Process

Initial Registration and Consultation

 

Full exploration of your goals

Comprehensive needs assessment

Creation of a personalized job profile

LIVE OUT STAFF- NANNIES, ELDERCARE, HOUSEKEEPERS, DRIVERS:

$3000.00 + GST

Our full fee is due upon signing of the job offer. All fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of employment.

Diamond provides a four month replacement guarantee on live out placements.

HOUSE MANAGERS, HOUSE COUPLES, CHEFS:

Placement fees are 15% of the annual wage/compensation package and due upon signing of the job offer.

LIVE IN STAFF . 

 

Please note that in addition to the fees below employers are required, by law, to pay for all transportation costs associated with relocating the caregiver to her new place of work and temporary health coverage until provincial health coverage commences.

 

Local Live in Placements:

$3000.00 + GST

Our full fee is due upon signing of the job offer. All fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of employment.

Diamond offers a 4 month guarantee on all local placements

Overseas Placements:

$2250.00 + GST upon selection of Candidate

$ 750.00 + GST upon arrival of caregiver   

Diamond offers a 1 year guarantee on all overseas placements. 

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS

One Month        $1000.00 + GST

2-3 Months    $1,750.00 + GST

Over 3 Months is considered a permanent placement at the fee of $3,000.00

Temporary placements are guaranteed for the duration of the agreement

LMO PREPARATION ONLY

$2,000 + GST

Where the Employer has retained the Agency to assist the Employer in the preparation of the Service Canada (HRSDC) application for Labour Market Opinion necessary to hire her own candidate. No sourcing, screening, training of candidate has been conducted.

LMO PREPARATION & WORK PERMIT PREPARATION

$3,000 + GST

Where the Employer has retained the Agency to assist the Employer in the preparation of the Service Canada (HRSDC) application for Labour Market Opinion and the Citizenship and Immigration Canada work permit application necessary to hire her own candidate.
