I have been meaning to phone and email...Brad and I absolutely adore Danive, and the kids trusted her immediately. Danive and I had been emailing each other once a week since October (when we first hired her), so when she arrived I felt like I already knew her.

Thank you Audrey for your assistance and advice in placing Beth with our family. She is conscientious, reliable, loving, and has been a calming presence in our chaotic household! She is a keen observer, learning quickly and bringing a sense of order and organization to our house without trying to 'take over'. She is sweet and patient with our 3 children and does not hesitate to ask me questions when she is unsure. We appreciate your having stood by your word and convincing us that you should find us a replacement when things did not work out with our previous nanny due to unforeseen circumstances.

Dear Audrey:
I wanted to thank you and Minda for all of your help with placing Rebecca S. with our family. As you know we have twins that are 16 months old and are expecting our third child this month. Rebecca could not have arrived at a better and busier time. With my husband working long hours and limited family support, Rebecca has become a part of our family. She has been with us only one week and already my children will go to her without tears. She takes them to the park, sings to them, and reads them stories. Not only is she wonderfully caring and tender with my children, but also my house has never been more organized!! She takes the initiative with housekeeping and meal preparation with limited to no instruction.
We hope that this relationship will last and she will be as happy with us as we already are with her. Words can't express how happy and safe I feel with Rebecca being here.

Dear Audrey,
It's been just over a month since you placed Mimi in our home as a nanny and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are. Mimi developed an instant bond with our two boys and has all of the patience, experience and professionalism required for the special challenge of two kids under two. In addition to providing loving care for the boys, she helps the older one with his letters and numbers and somehow has time to keep the house organized.
It's only been a month but already, we can't live without Mimi. We're so pleased we chose to work with Diamond Personnel and it's a testament to your experience that the first person you sent us, has worked out great.

We wanted to let you know how happy we are with our nanny, Rogilyn. She is not only patient and caring with Mikey, but she has also taught him so much (he can count to 4!!). He adores her and loves playing with her. Rogilyn is pleasant and exuberant, and always has a smile. She's made our lives so much easier, and it's a relief to know our son is in such great hands every day.

"Thess really is exceeding our expectations as a caregiver and housekeeper. We are so pleased Diamond found her for us. Not only is she wonderful with our little girl, Monica, but she is a great cook and treats us to all kinds of delicious meals - including Filipino, Chinese and Italian cuisine. She is gentle, kind, and has a very calm and steady nature. She's a hard worker with a ton of initiative - I've hardly had to explain anything to her and she often anticipates our needs before we've even recognized them ourselves. We feel very lucky that she is with us.

I would like to thank you and your staff for all of your hard work and determination in helping us to find and place an appropriate live-in caregiver (nanny). Deciding to get a live-in caregiver was a very difficult decision for us. We have now had our live-in caregiver for six months and are very pleased with the arrangement. Our 2 1/2 year old son has become very attached to Madeline and our six month old son is also very comfortable. Again, we would like to thank you and your staff for all of your efforts.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for all your effort in finding a caregiver for our family. We contracted your services on November 23rd of 2004 and you were able to bring Irene here from Hong Kong by the 2nd of February 2005 – a little over two months – VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! With the arrival of our twins expected (by C-section) on the 16th of February, and the current demands of raising our one-year old and three-year old, I don’t even want to consider what our lives would be like without the needed help. We certainly feel as though you’ve saved our lives.
We are quite pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Diamond Personnel and would certainly without question refer your service to anybody. I must admit that I was skeptical at first and it was challenging not to be swayed by unscrupulous caregiver agencies that have no fees whatsoever (because they charge the caregiver only). I guess it is so true that you get what you pay for in life, and if something looks too good, then it probably is. Our family life is of priceless importance to us and bringing a quality person like Irene here to help with our children has given us overwhelming peace of mind.
Diamond is without a question the best, THANK-YOU!!!

I first had an opportunity to use Diamond Personnel in 1996. I found the agency to be thorough in screening the prospective nannies. The agency was also very reliable, especially with adhering to the originally quoted time frame that my live-in caregiver would arrive. My second opportunity to use Diamond Personnel in 2000 was equally positive. Diamond Personnel took all the hard work involved in the process of sponsoring a live-in caregiver by completing the necessary paperwork. Overall, using Diamond Personnel has been effortless.

We just finished our phone interview with Liezel. She is, as you mentioned, quite an exceptional woman. We were impressed with her communication skills and the way she spoke so passionately about coming to work in Canada. She was very smart to mention our son several times during our discussion and your interview questions provided us with insight into her range of abilities, skills and love for her job. She was a little nervous and at one point, started to cry at the thought of her dream coming to fruition. Liezel told me that we would be her second family since she has no friends or family in Canada, and we were quick to reassure her that she would be included as a member of our family. I think we would be crazy not to hire such a remarkable young woman and would like to formally offer her the position as the caregiver for our son.
