I just wanted to tell you that Jan. 13, 2010 will be my second month with the Williams-Pannell family. I hope they are happy with my services to them. And, i want to tell you that im happy with my work. My place of work is in a suburb area, but I don't find it boring or lonely at all. I'm very happy taking care of their daughter and the adorable dogs Kinsey and Griffith.
My employers are very nice and supportive to me, and I am thanking you and Diamond Personnel for helping me to have such a wonderful employer.

I still remember very clearly how nice and loving family you were with me. My eyes are full of tears of happinnes to know that in the world there are people with a great heart like your family. Dear Audrey,
I will be forwarding this email (upcoming orientation and assessment in HK next month) to my friends who are still there and are likewise looking forward to work here in Canada. I really hope that they make the right decision of going through Diamond Personnel Inc. instead of taking the short-cut, less expensive (maybe) yet risky way of coming here.
Until now, Kate and I are having the most wonderful relationship. I'm happy with the way she and her whole family treats me and I love them so much especially the kids!!! I love the fact how she treats the Nanny job very professionally and that's what I give to them in return -- professionalism. Kate is very open with her family's needs and I respect them a lot. I learned so much how to prioritize and manage my time so I could finish my daily tasks. She cares for me a lot and even gave me a round-trip ticket to the Philippines the second time around and this time, in business class! This month, I will be celebrating my 2nd year at the Falk and Fillion Family and I just love everything that is happening in my life. Thanks to you, Audrey and your entire team at Diamond Personnel Inc. You did amazingly well in finding the right family for me.
By the way, I will also be forwarding the link of our Nanny Angel Network to our Singles For Christ Yahoo group. Most of our members are Nannies who share the same heart and passion to serve people in need. I'm assuming that we're not just looking for Nannies employed by Diamond but Nannies who are willing to undergo the proper orientation and training to qualify as Angel. Please let me know of our upcoming Angel orientation. I learned from Lynda though that it's on the 26th but I do not know the time and there's a meeting on October 14.

Hello Shauna, how are u doing? It’s been a month already that I work here in my new employer that you gave me here in Caledon East. I just want to let you know that I’m doing fine here and I’m happy even though my location is far because my employer is very nice and kind. I’m really glad to have this job. She had a lot of complications regarding her health concern but so far I can handle it, I just hope and pray that she will have long life so that my papers will be done. She enrolled me in driving class because there's no bus here, it’s a farm. Many thanks again for all your help, hoping you guys to help more Filipinos. More power to your agency. First of all, i would like to thank all the Diamond Personnel for being a part of my success in coming here to Canada. This is a wonderful birthday gift i have recieved since i travelled to come here just after my birthday. More than a year now, when you brought me here in Canada, and am very very thankful to that. My boss here in Yellowknife is so kind, that they even allow me to go school at night, when i got my student permit. Yellowknife is a small city, a little bit late in technology, but just fine to a person like me, who are just starting. Anyway just wanted to say thank you very much very much. I am a part of Diamond family for almost 10 months but I never had a chance to say THANK YOU. It was Dec. 24 of last year when I first came to your office to find employer . With the help of the staff, they convinced the consultant to interview me and give me a try since I have no experience and I came directly from Philippines. After the consultant interviewed me, she told me to call her on Jan. 02 since it was holiday. On Jan 3 she called me and told me that I already have employer and I have an interview with her. So, I went to the office for 2nd time to get the details and address of the employer. As soon as I was handed with the details I left the office and went to the employers place which is in Mississauga. And the next day, I am at the office again...this time I was waiting for my employer (Fernanda Pereira) to pick me up coz I am HIRED! The last time I was in your office was during the CPR training. I attended the barbeque party and really had so much fun.
Thank you for the opportunity that you had given to me...to be a part of Diamond Family. I am so grateful that you gave me a very nice family to work with. They love and treat me as a part of their family. I never had problem with the kids and the couple are very nice to me. This summer, we had a vacation in Portugal and it was the best vacation I ever had. We had lots of fun and I really enjoyed the beautiful place of my employer. All the neccessary documents that was needed in the process of my visa so I can go with them was taken care of. For me, they are Employer of the Year. I filled my application with Diamond Personnel last August, 2004. After my interview with Ms. Guth I just waited for 3 days and I received a call telling me I had an employer. Was that great! Take only 3 days. Too fast isn't it. With their systematic kind of work, I came here in Canada in no time. That is WOW!

Are you still sitting and pondering over which agency to apply with? Don't waste your time. Go directly to Diamond Personnel. The agency was chosen as the Best Agency in Toronto for the past few years and I truly feel it within my skin. They let you feel as if you are a member of their big and friendly family. They are the best moral support for a lonely newcomer. In my case, it took only 4 days after registration to get my job through this agency. All I can say is that after looking for a job for 5 weeks and going through different "caregiver agencies", I came across Diamond Personnel of which I had heard as being the most professional agency here in Toronto. Therefore, 3 days after my interview with Diamond I already had a job with a very respectful family. I appreciate and thank you a lot on this occasion for the CPR course, the frequent feedback, the workshops and the parties. It's me Tina from Subury City. Before anything else I want to say thank you to Mrs. Audrey for letting me stay in her hotel Manila for free during my stay in her place. I attended seminar (CPR) the next day; she took us around Centre Island and downtown Toronto. We also go to China town, small Hong Kong, for lunch. What agent would be as nice as Ms. Guth! Thank you very much; I can't find a word to say my gratitude but T-H-A-N-K Y-O-U!
I'm pretty lucky to have a very good employer here in Sudbury though it's 4 hours drive from Toronto but who cares anyway. I got a very good family to work with and very friendly neighbours too. I stay in a full furnished house alone (T.V., DVD, CD and internet access). What else can you ask for? My boss drives me to church every Sunday too and I've met a few Filipinos in my area. Serving a Canadian is great, they don't practice Sir/Mam to address them, they prefer to be called by their first names, there's no boundaries or gap between nanny and the boss. They treat me as part of the family, not a "maid". I can't say more about my employer they are just too good to be true.
And Diamond Personnel they will look after you too, they make sure you like the job if you are happy about it. They even call to make sure you are all right, you are well cared for in this agency. No wonder they are called Diamond Personnel cause they treat their clients like diamonds. Come over and join me here in Subury. Don't be dismayed if you're posted outside Toronto cause there are lots of surprises too in a small town just like my place.

I reached Canada as a caregiver with another agency but they took a long time processing and unfortunately I lost my job. Then I contacted that agency and that agency told me to "contact Diamond Personnel, they are excellent." They did their best and they found an employer very soon. I am very happy with their service. I have only good words for them. The Diamond Personnel and members of this agency are really "Diamonds".

Time flies so fast. It has already been a year since I first got here in Canada to work as a live-in-caregiver. But now, I feel that I just got here yesterday. Accepting the job offer to work in Gull Lake which is a small town in the Province of Saskatchewan is no doubt a very good decision I made. The Lee family that I’ve worked for regarded me as part of their family. They made me feel at home. I really enjoyed working for them. The people in the community too were so nice and kind. They encouraged me to participate in various community activities. I got to learn and try new things. I had lots of fun meeting these people. They made me feel that I belong to their community. I felt safe living in a small town like Gull Lake since it is so quiet and peaceful. This is the place I called my first home in Canada away from home. I’ll always remember it no matter where I go.
Thank you to all the staff of Diamond Personnel for without them I wouldn’t be able to have a great Canada experience. Thank you! You helped paved my way to Canada.
To those who are having second thoughts of accepting job offers to work in small towns, erase your doubts and take it.

Hi, there!!
I arrived in Canada safe and sound, I got to the airport at around 7am on Sunday and I was trying to call Jenny if it's possible for her to help me go to Sandra's place but I wasn't able to get in touch with her so I decided to call Sandra instead. She fetched me after 30 minutes, she even brought Tyler along with her and it's like we had an instant connection. I was very fine here and they were all great. They treated me like a guest and not an employee. They would always tell me to take my time and to relax if I get tired working. It's really different in Hong Kong. A day after I got here was their thanksgiving party and I helped out in folding napkins, cooking, setting up the table and all those stuff. The next morning I woke up, I saw 5pcs of prepaid cards and a thank you card saying that I was a great help and it couldn't be easier if I wasn't around. She was so amazing and she's just like my sister's age. They were both great and the children are adorable. They get along with me easily and even the grandparents told me that it feels like I've been here for a long time already. They even asked me that I could stay as long as I wanted to. I was so lucky to have them.
Thank you very much Diamond Personnel because without your good service I couldn't be as lucky as I am today. Thank you also for the things you've sent me. I love all those things. Best regards to Audrey and I hope I could adjust to the weather sooner.
